Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Intelligent-Actuator products, including obsoleted and phased-out Intorq parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Instruments product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Intelligent-Actuator such as the 02S60600 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BFK458 manufactured by Intorq and we are pleased to be able to service most Intorq systems and parts. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
